What is a serviced apartment?
A serviced apartment is a type of furnished apartment available for short-term (daily or less than 6 months) or long-term stays (6-12 months), which provides a range of hotel-like services for guests such as a maid and fresh linen/towel service, free wi-fi broadband, and utilities inclusive within the rental price.
At Sabai Sathorn, our price at 25,000 THB/month is a fully furnished rate, NOT including utilities. Electricity and water cost are separately charged. Therefore, serviced apartments include all of the convenience of hotel rooms but can be less expensive than equivalent hotel rooms for longer stays.
What are the differences from other accommodations?
Condominium – each room in the building is owned by a different owner and usually rented out on long-term agreement only. The room’s landlord does not own the whole building.
Fully furnished apartment – every room is owned by a sole proprietorship (like Baan Pipat, Suanphinit, Sabai Sathorn long-term case)
Serviced apartment – it is quite the same as a traditional apartment but excluding extra services and utilities (mentioned above). Normally, it caters to different lengths of stay such as monthly, weekly, and sometimes daily (same as a hotel).

How do you rent our room?
To rent a room for a year lease requires you to pay 1-month of a refundable security deposit and first month’s rent. We will return a deposit when you leave if no damage was done to the facility during your occupancy.
Guests are required to pay for electricity/water costs based on actual usage as well as extra optional service such as on-call housekeeping.
